WHERE DID YOU GET THAT HAT

Easter is fast approaching and I came upon these photographs from last year which I thought you might like to see.  All the embellishment was done on dissolvable stabiliser on my sewing machine.  Won't be wearing it out, but had fun making it, especially the cobweb!!
